All references to products such as Gold, Silver, Pearl,ivory, white, silk,etc are in relation to colour and do not in any way describe the actual materials the product is made from.

Kiwi Blinds cannot be held responsible for shade variations in products,when making repeat orders.

Please be aware that colours and textures may vary when viewed on different monitor and screen resolutions.

3. Your Order

Your order constitutes an offer to Kiwi Blinds to purchase the goods specified in the order.

The offer is only accepted by Kiwi Blinds once a confirmation email is sent to confirm the dispatch of your order.

4. Shipping

All orders are shipped subject to availability.

All orders will normally be shipped within 4 working days subject to availability.

If the product is not in stock at the time of purchase,Kiwi Blinds will offer a full refund instead of delivery of the product.

Kiwi Blinds cannot be held responsible for any actions relating to delivery of an order outside our direct control. In this case an alternative delivery option will be offered or a full refund.

5. Cancellation Returns and Refunds

Kiwi Blinds must be notified in writing via email or letter of your intention to cancel your order within seven working days from the day after the goods have been delivered.

A 10% handling charge of the original purchase price is levied on any goods returned that are non faulty.

The original cost of postage and packaging is non-refundable.

Goods should be returned in their original condition and packaging.
